Contractor Terms of Service

The founding member contractor listing fee is $19/month, billed automatically through Stripe. Your subscription may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, your listing will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period and will be removed at that time. No partial refunds are issued.

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information on your profile at all times, including your name, business name, services offered, service area, and contact information. Any material change to your business or qualifications must be updated promptly.

Some trades require a valid state or local license to operate legally. If your trade requires licensing, you agree to hold a current, valid license and provide accurate license information during signup. Her Tool Belt Pro will make reasonable efforts to verify licensing where applicable. Trades that do not require formal licensing such as general handywoman services are not required to submit a license but must accurately represent the scope of services they are qualified to perform.

While liability insurance is strongly encouraged for all contractors, it may not be required for all trades or service types. Contractors who carry liability insurance are encouraged to submit proof during signup and will receive a verified badge reflecting this. You agree not to falsely claim insurance coverage you do not hold.

Any contractor found to have knowingly misrepresented their credentials, licensing status, insurance, qualifications, or services will be permanently removed from the platform without refund. Her Tool Belt Pro reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion.

Her Tool Belt Pro is a directory and connection platform only. We are not a party to any agreement made between a contractor and a homeowner. All contracts, pricing, and work arrangements are made solely between the contractor and the client. Her Tool Belt Pro assumes no liability for disputes, damages, or outcomes arising from work performed.

You agree to conduct yourself professionally in all interactions with clients connected through this platform. Any reports of harassment, fraud, or unprofessional conduct may result in removal from the platform.

You retain ownership of your photos and content but grant Her Tool Belt Pro a license to display that content on the platform and in promotional materials including social media. You agree not to submit photos or content that are misleading, offensive, or belong to someone else.
